Real Estate in a Box wasn’t created in a boardroom. It was built in the middle of a problem.
A brokerage invested millions into CRM technology. The tools were powerful. The adoption was nonexistent. Agents didn’t know how to use what they were given, and the gap between “we bought the tech” and “this is helping agents close deals” was wide enough to sink production.


As a branding agency with years of experience building brands and websites from scratch, our team stepped in. What started as simple website designs quickly turned into complex builds, system setups, and live training. That work led to training thousands of agents, online and in person, on how to launch their Lofty websites and actually build an agent brand.
That one project became something bigger.

Then we noticed a pattern.


When we checked back in on agents, too many websites were inactive. Systems were half-used. Tools were collecting dust. The issue wasn’t talent or effort. It was that agents were being taught how to look like a business, not how to run one.
So we evolved.


Real Estate in a Box shifted from design-only to scale-focused. We stopped asking, “Does this look good?” and started asking, “Does this help an agent produce consistently?”
That shift changed everything.
